Sardex AI is an artificial intelligence-based chat assistant. Our service provides:

Chatting with AI
Searching for information on the Internet
Analyzing images
Creating 3D models
Integration with Telegram

2. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

Register with real information
Ensure the security of your account
Not use it for illegal purposes
Respect other users

3. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Creating or distributing illegal content
Attacking or attempting to hack the service
Acting on behalf of others without permission
Distributing spam or advertising
Asking AI to generate harmful content

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its components (design, code, logo) are the property of Sardex. Content you create with AI belongs to you, but we may use it to improve the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI responses may not always be accurate. Verify information independently before making important decisions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI responses.

6. Termination of Service

We may terminate your account if:

You violate these terms
Illegal activity is detected
There is a threat to service security

7. Service Changes

We may change the service, add new features, or remove existing ones at any time. We will notify you in advance of major changes.

8. Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
